Pennsylvanians deserve to have strong U.S. Attorneys and U.S. Marshals working for them to uphold the rule of law, prosecute criminals, and keep our communities safe. Senator McCormick will be accepting U.S. Attorney and U.S. Marshal candidates to fill vacancies in the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Pennsylvania.

Any Pennsylvanian interested in being nominated for a U.S. Attorney or U.S. Marshal position is welcome to fill out an application. Once the application is complete, please submit to pacommission@mccormick.senate.gov.
